Anne Pitkowski is a seasoned food scientist with a Ph.D. in the physico-chemistry of polymers and over 18 years of experience at BEL R&D. She currently leads the Research & Application Direction, overseeing three strategic departments: Applied Research, which focuses on accelerating innovation and preparing for the future; Open Innovation, which harnesses external knowledge and ecosystem collaboration; and Innovation Capabilities, responsible for R&D labs and pilot platforms.
