Dr. S. Mert Selimoglu holds a Ph.D. in Biotechnology and has over a decade of experience in the Food Biotechnology Industry. He has worked on industry-supported R&D projects at Aarhus University in Denmark and led ministry-level researches in Turkiye. His expertise includes biomass and precision fermentation technologies, as well as specialized nutrition solutions. He has contributed to numerous scientific publications and patents, and held roles such as Process Development Coordinator and R&D Fermentation Lead. Dr. Selimoglu currently serves as the Global Fermentation Lead in Specialized Nutrition at Cargill Global.
