Research & Development Director AB Mauri

Phil Latham is the Global Research Director for AB Mauri based in the Netherlands where he leads a group of scientists and bakery technologists that predominantly focus on development of next generation ingredient technology. With an academic background in both biotechnology and business management, he has been involved in the food and bakery industry for over 30 years. He has worked in several multinational companies developing enzymes and ingredients for baking, brewing and dairy. Originally from the UK, Phil has lived and worked in UK, USA, Germany and Switzerland before settling in the Netherlands.
