With a background in biotechnology and a passion for scaling sustainable food solutions, Pooya leads cross-functional teams focused on process innovation, IP management, and process scale-up. His current work centers on developing a flexible and efficient SSF platform, driving the technical innovations needed to scale mycelium biomass production for diverse food applications.
